Delivery Terms
- Delivery usually takes about 14-20 working days for delivery to your door under nominal circumstances (remote areas/village houses/pushing roads/stairs are subject to additional charges)
- The customer may be charged an additional $100 to the shipping fee when receiving the delivery. The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of the package. This would be made clear on ordering.
- For remote areas such as Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Discovery Bay, an additional fee of $150 for crossing bridges and tunnel are required.
- Lantau shipping costs need to be arranged separately, depending on the actual location and situation.
- If the delivery needs to go upstairs or if there is no lift for passenger and goods, the lighting fee is calculated according to the number of floors, $80 per floor. The price for more than 9 floors is negotiable and depends on the actual environment for feasibility.
- Village house customers where truck parking locations and delivery addresses require a traveling distance of more than 50 metres by foot will be charged extra according to the actual situation, the minimum charge will be $100 each time.
