Delivery usually takes about 7–20 working days to your door. Remote areas, village houses, pushing roads and stairs have extra charges. Custom work is typically 14–20 days, quickest about 7.
An extra around HKD $100 may apply depending on parcel size and weight. This is confirmed when ordering.
Remote areas (Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay): extra HKD $150 bridge and tunnel fees.
Lantau delivery is arranged case by case.
Stairs or no cargo lift: HKD $80 per floor. Above 8 floors, quoted on site.
Village houses: extra pushing-road charges if the lorry cannot park beside the unit. If the walk from the truck to the door is more than 50 metres, extra applies on site — minimum HKD $100 per trip.
