1. Check price, quantity and colour on delivery. Report mismatches within 7 days, or the invoice is treated as accepted.
2. Liability is limited to the face value of the invoice.
3. If you supply measurements, pay in full after confirmation and bear measuring-error risk.
4. Handmade tolerance is ±2 cm. Within that range, returns and remakes are not accepted.
5. Once confirmed, pay in full. Design, material or colour changes and cancellations are not accepted.
6. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished product.
7. Terms may change without notice.
